Missing Augusta boy found safe

An 8-year-old Augusta boy reported missing Friday was found today, police said.

According to a press statement, Michael Mosqueta was located safe and unharmed about 3:15 a.m.

The child had last been seen about 7 p.m. wearing a towel and leaving the Clarkston Road area of Bel Air Road.

Further information was not made public.
