Falcons' Julio Jones might miss rest of season

ATLANTA -- The Falcons’ Julio Jones, the team’s most consistent deep threat who has been developing into one of the best receivers in the NFL, may have a foot injury that will end his season, team officials have told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Jones will be evaluated Wednesday with the hope that the diagnosis will be more optimistic. Coach Mike Smith was expected to discuss the issue later Tuesday.

If this is true it will be a huge loss for the Falcon's. Jones is a genuine stud and will bring double coverage on White. Couple that with a lousy running game the Falcon's are done.
