Moving on up

Last year and earlier this year it was feet and legs being shot.
and occasionally we'd have a killing.

Recently we have seen some improvement in aim with arm, shoulder and lower abdominal wounds.
Now we are have Hand shots.

If I may offer some help here regarding proper aim.

Keep us informed

and educate us. For example, why are the four suspects out at 1:30 a.m. with a gun? Can it be shown how the suspects came into possession of the gun (whether legally or illegally?) Is there a paper trail on the gun (proof of purchase, etc.?) Since there are suspects are any felons?

Our daily dose of shooting!

Don't care!

Had to come back and edit. It seems from the TV news stories that the person might have actually been an innocent bystander as indicated by the distance the bullets traveled to hit him.
