A portion of Willis Foreman Road will be closed for about two weeks while crews construct a water line to Fort Gordon.

The westbound lane, starting at Lace Road, will be closed during the construction, beginning Monday.

One lane will be maintained with flagmen.

The northbound left lane of Gordon Highway will be closed for several hours Tuesday while crews replace sections of guardrail.

The area over the Laney-Walker Boulevard overpass is expected to be closed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Georgia Department of Transportation crews are expected to begin repairs to an eastbound Interstate 20 bridge Monday.

The outside eastbound lane near the River Watch Parkway exit will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. while crews repair 40 feet of guardrail damaged in a wreck Thursday morning.

The repairs are expected to take a day and a half.
