Motorcyclist killed in crash

Other driver charged with DUI, homicide by vehicle

A motorcyclist was killed in a collision early Sunday and the driver of the other vehicle was charged with drunk driving and homicide by vehicle, authorities said.

Hilton Alphonso Milton, of Hephzibah, was pronounced dead at 3:21 a.m., according to an email from Richmond County Deputy Coroner Kenneth Boose.

Deputies were called to the 2400 block of Windsor Spring Road about 2:30 a.m. in response to an accident with injuries, dispatch confirmed.

The driver whose vehicle struck Milton, 22-year-old Kalisha Luke, was charged with a driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, and homicide by vehicle, deputies said. 

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab, Boose said.

And yet, people keep driving under the influence and taking more lives.
Will they ever learn? No because they think it will never happen to them until it does.

Drunk Drivers

I have always felt as Happy and Cobalt do. A drunk driver does Not deserve to be on the road, they are an accident or cause of death waiting to happen...................
