Georgia shoplifter bit store employees, cops say

COLUMBUS, Ga. -- A shoplifting suspect accused of taking more than $1,000 in tools from a Lowe’s store was arrested after fighting an biting employees who tried to stop him.

Police arrested Christopher Newman, 34, of Phenix City, Ala., whom they say bit Lowe’s employees during the fight.

The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports Newman also threatened employees with a knife.

Police say Newman was found with $1,505 worth of unpaid for tools.

Well I'll be.....bite the hands that feed ya ...why doncha you....I just saw where a man was shot trying to stop a bank robber & now will have to sue the bank to get medical bills paid....so it is dang if you do & dang if you don't...
