Augusta State tennis team advances

The Augusta State men’s tennis team defeated Drury, 5-2, this morning in the NCAA Division II Sweet Sixteen in Louisville, Ky.

The Jaguars swept all three doubles matches. Jan Labas and Henrique Boturao each won their matches to help give Augusta State the clinching points.

Augusta State will play the Grand Canyon at 4 p.m. today in the Elite Eight.
