Disabled car rolls over mid-Ga. woman

She was trying to push disabled vehicle out of roadway

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Authorities say a Warner Robins woman was severely injured when she tried to push a disabled vehicle out of the road, and it rolled down a hill and landed on top of her.

 

The Telegraph reports that 35-year-old Cynthia Stanley was in the intensive care unit of The Medical Center of Central Georgia on Monday morning. Warner Robins police say the accident happened around 6 p.m. Sunday along Russell Parkway.

 

Police say Stanley was knocked down as the Volkswagen Jetta she was pushing rolled backward down a hill and landed on top of her.
