MARIETTA, Ga. — Police outside Atlanta shot and killed a man they describe as naked and armed with a weapon.
Cobb County police Sgt. Dana Pierce tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the man was shot at an apartment complex off of Shadowood Parkway around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Pierce said officers were responding to a report of shots fired at the complex when they encountered the man.
Police say the man threatened the officers with the weapon. He died at the scene.

That would be naked and armed with TWO weapons....
They told him to drop his weapon, and he couldn't.
You don't have to have a permit for "open carry!"
