Editor's note: An original notice of this bus tour incorrectly reported the candidate would be with them.

Republican presidential contender Rick Santorum will not visit Augusta on Saturday with the Susan B. Anthony social conservative women's bus tour.

According to a news release from the Susan B. Anthony List, Santorum will not be here when they schedule a stop at 109 12th St.

The address is that of Springfield Village Park, a park that commemorates the black community that once existed in the area adjacent to Springfield Baptist Church.

Santorum will be campaigning in Ohio on Saturday, according to his Web site.

Excellent! Will he arrive in

Excellent! Will he arrive in the Pope-mobile? And reveal his plans to transfer the Vatican to Washington? There is much excitement here about the mere idea of a papist theocracy establishing what is lovingly known as the Vatican on the Potomac. As separation of church and state is so uncool, perhaps a mini-version of the papist regime can be established right here on the Savannah River.

In all honesty, anyone of

In all honesty, anyone of them is better that what we have now. If you think things were bad these past three years, can you even imagine what the socialist in the white house will be able to do without even having to think about another campaign. Please people, look at his record. History will probably judge him as one of the worst presidents ever. "Just say no to Dopes"

kmcc, History is written by the 'winners', not the disillusioned losers. Ronald Regan being a case in point. Regan's legacy is a fantasy.

I guess he found a more

I guess he found a more productive location that what we offered, since he is no longer coming. This state has long been given over to Gingrich (Are we proud, yet?).
I am a Romney supporter, I think a Romney-Rubio ticket would be dy-no-mite.

Or a brokered convention with

Or a brokered convention with Rubio emerging as the POTUS candidate. Either way, Rubio on the ticket is a winner. He WILL be POTUS one day, barring some skeletons that get dug up by the character assassinators.
