Salvation Army holding auto auction Saturday

The Salvation Army of Augusta will hold an auto auction starting at 10 a.m. Saturday at 1384 Greene St.

Potential buyers will be able to register from 8 to 10 a.m. Vehicles sold typically include cars, trucks, campers, boats and scooters. There will be no preview of vehicles Saturday. A preview of items is being held today from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Registration is $5, cash only, unless the buyer pre-registers by credit card at Vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder, and payment must be made with cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.

All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty. Purchases must be removed by Feb. 6 at 3 p.m.
