The letter of intent for Georgia football signee Josh Harvey-Clemons was received at 8:30 a.m. today, the school announced this morning.

That brings to 19 the number of Georgia signees.

Harvey-Clemons, a 6-5, 208-pound linebacker from Valdosta's Lowndes High School, is considered one of the top prospects in the nation. He announced his intention Wednesday morning to go to Georgia on national television, but his legal guardian did not sign his letter of intent.

As a senior, Harvey-Clemons recorded 132 total tackles (102 solo), three sacks, five tackles for loss and three interceptions.
