Richmond County Probate Judge Isaac Jolles announced Friday that he will not be seeking another term and plans to retire.

It will be sad to see him go. He has served our Community well.
Judge Jolles has served the community well. Carleton Vaughn is the announced candidate with the best credentials and the judicial temperment to carry on Judge Jolles' good work.
The AC should have made this a story with a reporter who could have given Judge Jolles more time and effort. Someone who serves the community should be afforded more time than just a 'staff' report!! Follow up!
I'm sure they will follow up with more info than we even want LOL but this was a special news report that they wanted to get to us asap. Good job Chronicle.
So sorry to see that he will be leaving...he is such a caring person...few and far between in his profession! He will be greatly missed. Judge, enjoy your retirement.
