Verizon Wireless service was fully restored by 2 p.m. after an overnight software upgrade to local network equipment caused some customers to experience service problems today, Verizon released in a statement.
Affected customers could place outgoing calls, check voicemail and use data service including text messaging and email. But, incoming calls went directly to voicemail.
Couldn't arrangements be made to have Pam Tucker the spokesperson for the whole CSRA???

My Verizon service has never been that great. Had to exchange my iPad and go with AT&T
