NORCROSS, Ga. — Authorities say a Georgia man has been arrested after he drove to Arkansas to pick up a 14-year-old girl he met online and brought her back to suburban Atlanta.

Gwinnett County, Ga., police say 23-year-old Felipe Nunez-Martinez remains in the Gwinnett County jail on two counts of statutory rape, interference with custody and an immigration violation. Authorities say Nunez-Martinez drove from Norcross outside Atlanta to the girl’s home in Hope, Ark., and picked her up Dec. 22.

Police say the girl called her mother on Christmas Eve from Norcross, Ga., and said she was scared and wanted to come home. Police say Nunez-Martinez had sex with the teen.

I'm glad the child felt she could call her mother for help, and that she had the opportunity to. Glad she is ok.

He must have been really hard

He must have been really hard up, no pun intended, to drive all the way to Arkansas to pick this girl up. Send him on back to wherever he came from. Save the taxpayers money, except for the bus ticket.

holder and hussein will make

holder and hussein will make any laws that he is charged with unconstitutional and give him the right to vote. No worries! He was targeted because he is latino. AMNESTY! The government made him do it by not already giving him citizenship! The feds will charge the 14 year old with entrapment! She should go to prison for taking advantage of this poor immigrant!

This is one crime that could

This is one crime that could have been prevented by a little more border security but, hey, what the heck,it's only a 14 year old and she will get over it! Why bother protecting citizens when the democrats can add voters to their bloc? New voters will be needed in the 2012 elections.
