I can't say enough how sorry

I can't say enough how sorry I am to have heard of this tragedy, These are the sort of things that separate the humans from the animals in our society. I just can't fathom the thought of what would make another human even think about taking another humans life,Much less going through with such a horrible thing. This man was just doing his job and in no way did he deserve having his life so brutally stolen from him, Now his three small children and his wife are going to have to carry on without him. I didn't know Officer Richardson,Im not even a resident of any of the surrounding counties in which he was patrolling on a daily basis,However I am a Georgia resident and hold any and ALL law Enforcement Officials in the Highest regard,For these are the Women and Men that put their lives in jeopardy just to assure that we are safe when we travel the roads whether it be the roads of our local cities or when we as families are out on road trips enjoying life.My family and I live in the Small County of Pulaski,Which is Hawkinsville Georgia. We're about 60 miles South of Macon and in the line of about 175 miles South of Atlanta,We are used to the laid back and very quiet lifestyle and are in no way used to any sort of High speed chases or such things as you would see on the evening news in the bigger cities.I have a good friend that is a dispatcher for the Richmond County Law Enforcement,And She is the one that informed me of the death of Officer Richardson,I was saddened by this horrible act of violence,Why or what reason did this man have for so brutally taking the life of a man that he most certainly had never even met before? And what reason would he have had to even think about shooting at another human being? I can't really say that I could have or would have understood if this person wanted to die at the hands of the Authorities because I just can not understand why anyone would want to end their own life,Much less take the life of another human,And on top of that a person that you have never ever even spoken to or possibly laid your eyes on up until that very moment, It's just plain unreal.I offer my most heartfelt condolences to the wife and children of Officer Scotty Richardson.May the memory of this brave man forever be carved into the heart's of all the men and women that he so gallantly fought for and lost his life doing, This man is as good of an example of what it means to love what you do,and to honor it's every call. May you rest in Peace Officer Scotty Richardson, Know that you may walk hand in hand with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with your head held high and without any loss of dignity for you are one of the best.
