TVs stolen in North Augusta

NORTH AUGUSTA -- Authorities are searching for the person who stole three television from Household Rentals and Sales, 1257 Knox Avenue, over the weekend.

According to a police incident report, the incident occurred sometime between 6 p.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday when someone pried open the front door of the business. Coaxial cables from the television display areas were left dangling.

Officers said that the burglar didn’t take time to properly remove the cables and subsequently damaged the televisions.
