Man injured crossing roadway

A man is in critical condition after a vehicle struck him and fled the scene near Windsor Spring Road and Rosier Road shortly after 9 p.m. Friday.

Law enforcement personnel at the scene said they believe he was trying to cross the road when hit by the car traveling northbound on Windsor Spring.

The unnamed man was taken to MCG Hospital.

There are no known witnesses and police are asking anyone with information to call (706) 821-1080.

Probably either they were drunk, no license or warrants. No reason to not stop. I hope the victim will be ok.
