1 dead in North Charleston condo fire

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — A woman has died in a condominium fire in North Charleston.

Authorities say the woman was found on the second floor of the building when firefighters responded Thursday night.

Authorities say a dog was rescued from the fire that was confined to one unit.

The name of the victim has not been released while relatives are being notified.
