Firefighters rescue man from roof of Waffle House

Authorities say a man was rescued from the roof of a Waffle House.

WJBF-TV reports that police and firefighters were called to the restaurant Tuesday when an air conditioning repair worker found someone living on the roof.

Firefighters said they don't know how long the man had been on the roof or he got up there.

Authorities said the man was dehydrated, and that he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
