NORTH AUGUSTA -- North Augusta authorities are trying to determine who crashed a vehicle into the window of a seasonal store this morning.

Authorities arrived at Halloween Express, located 975 Old Plantation Road, at 2:40 a.m. after the business’ alarm sounded, according to an incident report. They believe at this time the damage was the result of an unsuccessful burglary.

Evidence did not suggest that anyone was able to gain entry to the store.

Now people are ramming cars into their building? Sheesh. There must be a black market for afro wigs and Freddy Kreuger gloves...

If they would've built the building across the street, they could've sold fireworks. But really, do we need another fireworks store? That end of N.A realy needs a better development plan. How about a Bass Pro Shops? Theres room and Augusta failed with their attempt.
