Bachmann later told reporters in Columbia that she can't wait to take him on even though she's not ready to announce plans to seek the GOP presidential nomination until around June.

Bachmann also said she would vote against raising the nation's debt ceiling, saying it would not bring the disruption people fear.

Bachmann spoke at the rally after Gov. Nikki Haley told the crowd of about 300 people that they need to keep pressure on legislators. Haley said they need to tell legislators wrap up work on a bill requiring voters to show photographic identification when they head to polls.

Bachmann met with Haley before the rally.

I really like Michelle

I really like Michelle Bachmann. She does not have the career politician mentality.

She beats the heck out of the You Tube community organizer we have in place right now who is calling for "shared responsibility". Shared responsibility from only one group I might add. Those who pay no taxes are business as usual under obamas rule.

'raising the nation's debt

'raising the nation's debt ceiling, saying it would not bring the disruption people fear.' Ole Michelle, she has more on the ball than Alan Greenspan and a host of other business scholars.. Gotta love all those 'egomaniacs' they sure can define a problem when they see one... to bad they don't have any 'rational' answers to give, except a generic 'cut, cut, cut'.
