Even if they find the car

Even if they find the car nothing will be done. The investigation of the accident in Beech Island is complete but nothing has ever been done to the driver.

The Beech Island driver is

The Beech Island driver is politically connected locally so he will not be prosecuted. Unfortunately a good man, a good father, a good Doctor and a good soldier remains in a coma. I've driven Beech Island several times since the "accident" and there is NO WAY the driver could not have seen the group of bikes ahead of him....The road is straight and flat. In my humble opinion he was attempting to buzz / intimidate the riders and got too close. Maybe he didn't mean to hit Matt, but HE DID and he should PAY THE CONSEQUENCES for his actions. A family has been robbed of their spouse and father because of what he did.
