Good!!!
Now just stay away from your ex!!!
Sounds like she's trouble!!!☺
Great!
Men win so few of these cases. The deck is stacked against them. Nice to see someone win one.
Wonder if the deputy received back pay and since he was found not guilty, was the ex charged with making a false report?
Man, this story proves 2 things:
1. Law enforcement officers can be falsely accused of a crime.
2. That women sometimes lie in order to get back at men.
Inchristlove, I think that this deputy fresh out of luck if he expects to get backpay. With that, I think that his wife should be held both civily liable for the lost wages and depreviation of character (SLANDER); as well as, criminal liable for making a false report of a crime.
Good advice. Stay away from the ex. NOW, the question is: Will she stay away from him? Back pay! Don't be silly, there isn't enough money to pay LEOs enough now. A lot of money to give to "entitlement" peoples, but not to Law Enforcement. If the government would tax Welfare people as they do retirement pay and Social Security people, then there might be more for Law Enforcement, Schools, highway maint., etc.
