ATLANTA -- The same weather system responsible for this week’s heavy rain across California could bring snow to parts of Georgia – including metro Atlanta – on Christmas Day, and there could be enough accumulation to cause travel problems across the region.

The National Weather Service in Peachtree City issued a statement early today saying that a wintry mix of precipitation is possible on Saturday.

This is comment for the rants

This is comment for the rants and raves... I have a rave for the Augusta Fire Dept. Every year they deliver fruit baskets to the widowed wives of former firefighters. It is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much, for taking the time to remember us! Merry Christmas and lots of love to you and your families.

To see snow on Christmas does

To see snow on Christmas does not even need to stick in the Augusta Area just let it snow.
