Authorities have located a man suspected of stabbing his girlfriend and then fleeing in her vehicle in October, according to Richmond County jail records.

Franklin Reon Neal, 39, of the 3600 block of Brussels Street, was charged Tuesday with aggravated assault, theft by taking and possession of knife during the commission of a crime.

Authorities said Veronica Bland was stabbed in her face, torso, arms and hands in the 3600 block of Brussels Street on Oct. 18. Neal then left the area in her Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was later located in Sparta, Ga.

They don't say, but how is

They don't say, but how is the girlfriend?

TK3... no, there would be no possession of anything if he'd just used his fists. There could still be a charge of Aggravated Assault if he did enough damage with his fists to endanger her life. Which we all know is possible.
