Authorities say Loomis employee Oklevibus Thornton was one of the armed robbers who robbed the armored car around 11 a.m. Wednesday in the hospital's loading dock.
Special Agent in Charge Brian Lamkin says Thornton fled in a U-haul truck and was soon arrested near the hospital. The 28-year-old is scheduled to appear before a federal magistrate Monday.
A phone listing for Thornton could not be found. He does not yet have a defense attorney.
Authorities are searching for another suspect who eluded capture. Loomis is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the suspect's arrest and conviction.
