Teen girl reportedly pushed from vehicle

Investigators arrested a Dallas, Ga., man Wednesday on charges that he pushed his ex-girlfriend out of a moving car.

A deputy was sent to the 2500 block of Crosscreek Road in Hephzibah around 4 p.m., where he found the 15-year-old girl sitting on a curb crying, he said.

The deputy said the girl had scrapes on her left side and possibly a fractured left leg. Investigation revealed that the suspect, Brandon Lacey, 20, picked her up from school Wednesday; he was charged with aggravated battery, a report shows.
