Update: Morning traffic victim identified

A Richmond County man was killed this morning in a head-on collision on Georgia Highway 88 and Ramsey Road.

Coroner Grover Tuten identified the victim as Dennis W. Neely, 46, of Hephzibah.

Neely was driving north on the 26oo block of Highway 88 when his vehicle drifted into the path of a southbound Pepsi Cola delivery truck, Tuten said.

Authorities said the accident about 7:15 a.m.
