He should have been castrated

He should have been castrated after his first offense, and be wearing a dress instead of a beard now.

Within the past few days the

Within the past few days the U S Supreme Court has ruled that sex offenders who are considered "dangerous" (and aren't all of them that with the possible exception of a statutory rapist who was sentenced because he and his girlfriend got caught by an angry parent) may be kept under confinement longer than the prescribed sentence. So when this man is caught, he had already been convicted and either refused to register or has refused to keep his current address before the law - use that on him before he can harm some other child. Our laws are stricter on financial criminals than they are on sex offenders - pump up the sentence, particularly in the case of one who abuses children and then keep him/her there for life.

His picture should have been

His picture should have been in the paper. Why do they let these crimminals go ? The parole board just turned loose that guy who killed his mother, father, and 6 year old sister up in Thomson back in 1987.
He should have been hanged !
