Rock with love note breaks window

A rock thrown through a mattress store's glass window carried a special note with it, deputies say.

"Thrown with love from above with hugs and kisses and all the best wishes," the note, partially shredded by glass, read.

The owner of The Mattress Place on the 3800 block of Wrightsboro Road reported the window broken around 3 p.m. Tuesday. She estimated the damage to the window to be about $100.

Guess we should be thankful for the stupid news versus all the tragic news of late.
