Hephzibah woman wins lottery again

A Hephzibah woman has again cashed in on a Georgia Lottery prize, lottery officials announced today.

Barbara Williams, 68, won a $105,531 jackpot prize from matching all five winning numbers in the April 19 Fantasy 5 drawing, according to a news release. Last year she won a $500,000 top prize playing the instant game Diamonds & Gold.

"I'm shocked," Williams, a retiree, told lottery officials. "From her first win, the great-grandmother said she gave her five adult children $25,000 each and bought a new car for her husband, Richard. Williams plans to give more money to her children with her latest win.

"That's what it's all about: leaving something for the family," she said, according to the lottery news release.

Winning numbers from the April 19 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 5-8-12-31-36. First Stop Tobacco Road, 2762 Tobacco Road in Hephzibah, sold the winning Quik Pik ticket and her previous $500,000 prize, the news release said.
