Two people were shot outside a downtown Augusta club at about 2:30 a.m. today.
Sheriff's investigators said the shooting stemmed from an argument between two groups of people inside the club. After it closed, they continued arguing outside the club on Eighth Street and one of the men fired a gun, said Richmond County Sheriff's Lt. Calvin Chew.
Tarrel Gilbert, 24, was shot in the arm and Sylvester Bush, 35, was shot in the buttocks, Sheriff's Maj. Ken Autry said. Both men were treated at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital and later released. They both declined to prosecute.
Authorities said they have not yet been able to identify the shooter.
"America owes you a debt, where were you hit?"
"In the buttocks"
"I'd like to see that"
A bullet to the arm, one to the buttocks,it happens everyday. He wasn't that good a shot anyway. Would they have felt differently if their injuries had been serious?
Wonder how fast ol Bush was running--undoubtly, not as fast as the bullet!!!!
Here is a question. Why didn't the AC name the business like they do all the others? Robbies, Coyotes, and the others would have gotten their name in the paper. I wonder what politician has a hand in the pocket on this one.
It was Club Pure. It's a rather high-class place. The Lexus-Mercedes crowd.
Club Pure is not high-class. It's ghetto pretending to be high-class.
