What a low-life, slimeball,

What a low-life, slimeball, piece of human excrement ! Probably doesn't have a job, and takes what he can steal from his own mother. If I had done that to MY mom, I'd be DEAD. If my dad didn't kill me, my brother would've. Take him to the swamp, tie him to a stump and leave him. Worthless.

In Georgia, a person commits

In Georgia, a person commits the offense of sexual battery when he or she intentionally makes physical contact with the intimate parts (i.e., genital area, anus, groin, inner thighs or buttocks of a male and the breasts of a female) of the body of another person without the consent of that person.

It was a vile and despicable

It was a vile and despicable act. Yes it was domestic violence but sexual battery is a far fetched charge. The offender had no sexual intent. This illustrates the penchant for right-wing extremist to go overboard and slap sexual charges on people. I recently surfed through Richmond county's sexual offenders on line and saw a female on the list. Her crime was incest. What kind of risk does she pose to her neighbors and the larger community? Putting her on the sexual offender's list is nothing but righteous extremism running amok.

Perhaps gaspringwater missed

Perhaps gaspringwater missed Gail's post. The risk is this: what happens when they run out of relatives? What happens when we bend the law for one?

This man is beyond

This man is beyond rehabilitation. Take him to the swamp, make him undress, then tie him to a stump. When the authorities return, if there is anything left of the rope, use it on the next perp, if nothing is left, go buy a new rope.

A definition of sexual

A definition of sexual battery was posted above and I don't know if that's verbatim or not. There's a problem if it is. In every mugging the mugger manhandles and feels down his victim. His intent is to find and strip his victim of valuables and cash but he's not engaging in a sexual act. But by the definition posted above - the mugger can be charged and prosecuted for sexual battery.

You touch the private parts

You touch the private parts or private areas (where a person wears a bathing suit) of others, you get charged with sexual battery. If he hires an attorney, or is appointed one paid for by you and me, he can attempt to prove his intent... which must have been to tickle his mother until she gave him $40. In fact an attorney will have a chance to attempt to prove that it was the 75 year old woman's fault. Thus, our legal system. Innocent until proven guilty

Can't imagine how violated

Can't imagine how violated this woman must feel to have her breasts and genital area groped during robbery,.... and by her own son.

Gaspring, how do YOU know if

Gaspring, how do YOU know if there was sexual intent or not?

Do you think it was rather strange that he touched her breasts and genitals and there was no money there, it was in a pocket?

It would appear that these

It would appear that these folks live in an area that was revitalized by guess who. Back in the day, the neighbors would shun this creep as long as he lived there. Now days he is probably looked on as a hero. At least to some people posting above, who are looking for a defense of any kind to explain pure filth.
