Streets around Augusta library to reopen

Crews will reopen two lanes closed because of construction on the new Augusta Library today.

Dennis Ellis, traffic engineer for Richmond County, said the closed portions of both James Brown Boulevard and Telfair Street will open after about 14-months of detours.
