Alleged victim says co-worker attacked her on three occasions

A 51-year-old Augusta woman says she was sexually assaulted and raped by a co-worker on three occasions in late October and November.

According to a Richmond County sheriff's report, the woman said that she and the suspect work in the same office and that on Oct. 27 he complained of a knee injury.

The woman, an acupuncturist, said that when she began to massage his knee he took off his pants and had her move up to his thigh area. The suspect then took off the victim’s clothing except for her undergarments and forced her to perform a sexual act.

On two dates in November the man went to the victim’s home and raped her, she told police.

No arrest has been made.
