Former mayor to speak to Augusta Tech grads

Augusta Technical College will hold a graduation ceremony at 7 p.m. Friday at the James Brown Arena.

The guest speaker will be former Augusta Mayor Bob Young. Augusta Tech officials say most of the graduates already have jobs and/or are continuing their education.

Kind of ironic that guy that never even went to college or tech school is speaking at their graduation.
