Counselor faces battery charge

MARIETTA, Ga. — A Cobb County high school counselor faces charges of sexual battery.

Cobb County police spokesman Joseph Hernandez says police arrested 45-year-old Frank Robinson, who works at Lassiter High School as a counselor.

Police say a student accused Robinson of inappropriately touching her during an appointment with him at the school.

Robinson is out of Cobb County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
