Jefferson County wins in overtime

LOUISVILLE, Ga. -- B.J. Bostic's third touchdown gave Jefferson County a wild 24-17 overtime win over Thomasville on Friday night, sending the Warriors into their first state quarterfinal.

In a Class AA second-round game, Thomasville appeared to have won the game when it scored a touchdown with 46 seconds left, but Bostic returned the kickoff to the 49-yard line. He threw four passes to set up Thomas Prichard's 30-yard field goal on the last play of regulation.

Bostic scored on a 1-yard run in overtime, then the Warriors' defense stuffed Thomasville on fourth-and-5 on the next possession.
