Senior tailback scores four times

GRANITEVILLE - Midland Valley tailback Jeremy Robinson turned in a career-high four touchdowns on 180 yards rushing Friday night in a 35-0 Mustang win over Brookland-Cayce.

With senior quarterback Marquette Carr on the bench nursing an injured shoulder, the Mustangs offense revolved fully around Robinson. The senior stepped up to the challenge by doubling his season total for touchdowns. Three of his four scores came in the second quarter.

The winless Bearcats helped the home team with a pair of first half turnovers and a blocked punt that led directly to 21 Mustang points.
