Neighboring businesses struck

Three adjacent businesses on Wrightsboro Road were the targets of burglaries Sunday.

According to Richmond County sheriff’s reports, the Finish Life Café, C&A’s Barber Shop and Nu Creations Hair Salon were broken into sometime between 3:15 and 6 a.m. Officers discovered the burglaries after finding a cash register stolen from the Finish Line Café in the middle of Wrightsboro Road.

The thieves entered the businesses by smashing the glass doors.

In addition to the cash register, worth $100, two televisions valued at $600 and $700 were stolen from the Finish Line Café. A TV worth $700 was stolen from C&A’s Barber Shop. Officers also believe two TVs might have been stolen from Nu Creations Hair Salon but were unable to reach the owner.
