Two Ohio schools were the big winners in the 25th Annual National Science Olympiad.
Solon Middle School in Solon, Ohio won first place in Division B today. Centerville High School in Dayton won first place in Division C.
The two schools were among 120 that competed in more than 30 events at Augusta State University, Episcopal Day School, St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School, Trinity on the Hill Methodist Church and Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church. The national competition drew thousands to Augusta.
This was the second time the Science Olympiad has been held in Georgia.
