Whisenhunt leads Cardinals to Super Bowl

GLENDALE, Ariz. - The Arizona Cardinals will play for an NFL title for the first time in 60 years after defeating the Philadelphia Eagles 32-25 in the NFC Championship Game Sunday.

In his second year as head coach, Augusta native Ken Whisenhunt has transformed the Cardinals from a perennial doormat into a team making its first Super Bowl appearance. Two-time NFL MVP Kurt Warner threw four touchdown passes, three to Larry Fitzgerald, and Arizona overcame a Philadelphia rally to secure their trip to Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa, Fla.



Savannah River Site resumes normal activity
