Weather warnings end following night and day of storms

All weather watches have expired, the National Weather Service says, but a lake wind advisory remains in effect until midnight.

The calm follows a rainy night and stormy morning when a band of heavy rain and winds swept through the region.

In Columbia County, emergency management officials reported some flooding at Lake Jean, Greenbrier Creek at Yelton Road and Kiokee Creek.
