Voters in Georgia and South Carolina are running out of time to ensure they are registered to cast a ballot in the November election.
Georgia voters have until Oct. 6 to register for the Nov. 4th general election.
In South Carolina, registration closes for the Nov. 4th election on Oct. 4th, this Saturday.
A citizen who wishes to register to vote may do so in person at their county board of voter registration. Or, they can download a form from the Election Commission Web site, fill it out, and mail it to their county board of voter registration.
Liz Simmons of the South Carolina State Election Commission says some county voter registration may be open limited hours on Saturday. In any case, the registration form must be postmarked Oct. 4 at the latest.
