SULLUSTAN: A subterranean species, the Sullustans have evolved with an unerring sense of direction and memory that allows them to navigate the complex tunnel systems of their native world. Because of this, they are highly valued as pilots and navigators. The most famous Sullustan is Nien Nunb, who sat in the copilot's seat during the attack on the second Death Star in Return of the Jedi.
FILM FACT: Nien Nunb delivers his lines in the African language Kikuyo.
