This is an artist's rendering of the curtain of water, with victims' names innscribed on the adjacent border, from the revised design for the World Trade Center Memorial, "Reflecting Absence" by Michael Arad and Peter Walker, released in New York Wednesday Jan. 14, 2004. The design will include an underground museum displaying artifacts from the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks and a cultural center at the northeast corner of the site.
