Fox Creek's Williams commits to Clemson

Starting quarterback, safety spoke with Dabo Swinney this morning

Fox Creek High School star Marty Williams has committed to play college football at Clemson, Predators head coach Russ Schneider confirmed this afternoon.

Schneider said his senior quarterback and safety spoke with Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney this morning and informed the school of his decision.

"We are so proud of Marty and all of his accomplishments," Schneider said.

Through Fox Creek's first five games, Williams has thrown for 560 yards and rushed for 1,171. He's tallied 18 rushing touchdowns, five passing touchdowns and also ranks second on the team with 32 tackles.

The Class A Predators (5-0) are undefeated this late in the season for the first time in school history.
