Entry fee is $25 per boat (with $2 going toward end of the year Classic on Aug. 25). Payback based upon number of boats entered each week. Five-fish limit per team or individual. Fish must measure a minimum of 12 inches. Hours are 6 to 11 p.m. To qualify for the Classic, you must fish a minimum three Saturday night tournaments, or pay $75 plus Classic entry fee of $55 (including $5 big fish pot fee) for a total of $130. May 6 results

Bass tournament: Cary Rook and Greg Stoll, five bass, 11 pounds, 8 ounces. John DeFalco and Justin DeFalco, five bass, 7 pounds, 3 ounces. Big fish: Rook, 4 pounds, 15 ounces. Fifteen fishermen caught 40 bass weighing 52 pounds.

Schedule: All at Butler Reservoir unless otherwise noted: May 20, bass tournament, safe light until noon. June 2, Kids’ Fishing Derby, Claypit Lakes, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. June 10, bass tournament, safe light until noon.

Tournaments will be limited to the first 20 boats and are open to all ID cardholders and the public with a Fort Gordon fishing license guest permit. Entry fee is $10 per Fort Gordon Sportsman Club member, $20 per non-member, with an optional $5 big fish pot, with a guaranteed $100 for first place and $50 for second place. Registration is with the club prior to the tournament or 30 minutes before the event’s start. State licenses and Fort Gordon fishing permits required.
