Savannah boy, 10, tries to stab officers, threatens to kill them, says he hates police

SAVANNAH, Ga. -- A 10-year-old boy and his 19-year-old brother were arrested this week after the boy tried to stab an officer, declared he hated all police and said he wanted to kill them, Savannah-Chatham police said.
